Our February luncheon meeting will feature speakers Jenny Hicks Ackley, Project Coordinator for Abuse In Late Life Grant at Vera House (see attached bio) and Morgan R. Thurston, Esq., Assistant Welfare Attorney at Onondaga County Department of Social Services (see attached bio).  Their presentation topic "Elder Finanial Exploitation - What is the Role of the Professional Advisor?" will be moderated by Mary Anne Cody, Esq., of Mackenzie Hughes LLP.

One hour of continuing legal education in the area of professional practice will be provided by Mackenzie Hughes LLP, a NYS CLE accredited provider.

This program is suitable for newly admitted attorneys.
