Presented by Mary Anne Cody, partner, Mackenzie Hughes LLP

In this presentation Mary Anne will outline the steps required to close an estate including the preparation of an estate accounting.  She will also describe the methods for closing an estate (by judicial decree or informal settlement). In addition, there will be a broad overview of tax filings that may be required to conclude an estate.
