Lougnot is a Partner at Costello, Cooney & Fearon.  She started her tenure with the Firm in 2002.  In her role at the Firm, Wendy serves as the Head of the Firm's trusts and estates department, providing representation for estates and beneficiaries before various Surrogates' Courts in the State of New York.  Wendy provides strategy and solutions for clients seeking estate planning assistance, such as preparation of Wills, assigning Powers of Attorney, navigating health care proxies, and handling various trusts and living wills.  She represents clients in real estate and financial transactions related to complex commercial closings, IDA closings, leasing issues, as well as landlord-tenant complications, and residential real estate closings.   She also provides representation to municipalities in the area of land use, zoning and planning matters.  Wendy also serves as the current Public Adminstrator for the County of Onondaga in New York.\n \nTerri Conti York holds the position of Special Counsel at Costello, Cooney & Fearon.  She joined the Firm in 2022.
